Production Process
Generally, there are three step in our thread manufacturing process as pictured below :
Doubling
Combining two or more strands of yarn to improve uniformity, tenacity, abrasion resistance, and flexural endurance.
Twisting
Twisting the combined yarn a number of times as requested.
Winding
Finalizing our bobbin yarn into convenient forms of packaging (cones, tube, kingspool, etc..).
Modern Machinery and Equipment
HAPETE installed sophisticated machines specially imported from Germany, Italy, America, and Japan to produce high quality and enhance productivity. Effectiveness and efficiency have always been our key to ensuring orders are fulfilled on time with high quality consistently.
To support and boost production, HAPETE routinely evaluates our machinery in case it needs maintenance or renewal. For administrative purposes, HAPETE uses an ERP system to increase accuracy and speed in decision-making processes and planning development.
